I am a third generation Vancouverite. 

My roots are firmly planted here, dating back to the year 1900 when my maternal grandmother was born in New Westminster.  Grandma married a Westside man in 1914 and they had one child before he died in the flu epidemic of 1918.  Mom grew up in Kerrisdale with her aunt; where she attended the very same schools that I did in the 60’s (Maple Grove Elementary and Magee High).

Licensed since 1987, I have been working as a Realtor in Vancouver for the past 21 Years.  I have enjoyed the fellowship and professionalism of Macdonald Realty Ltd.'s Westside office in Kerrisdale for the majority of those years. 

I endeavour to be an innovative marketer, a tough negotiator and a persuasive salesperson.  I am widely experienced, confident and creative.

For the past 8 years I have been closely associated with Joseph Chiang, a Macdonald Realty colleague, in our shared business, “Coal Harbour Connections”.  We love the vibrant Coal Harbour neighbourhood and spend a lot of time in that area, listing and selling high end condos.  We are also proud to be associated exclusively with ASPAC Developments, the creators of Coal Harbour through ASPAC Realty Ltd., Project Marketing.
