Take 10-15 minutes to allow salespersons from our company to preview your home. (1st Monday of listing)
Place a distinctive "For Sale" sign on the property (at your discretion).
Advertise your home in the Vancouver Sun home section and the Real Estate Weekly (regularly) until sold.
Provide you with a sheet of tips designed to make your home more marketable.
Provide you with a custom-designed feature sheet of your home.
Introduce your property to (all) realtors by scheduling an Open House for all agents and their buyers. This will take place on the designated day for your area between 10:00 AM and 12:00 noon.
Distribute information to all active realtors in the area.
Arrange Weekend Open Houses (if acceptable to you).
Help buyers overcome any obstacles that are in the way of purchasing your home. The common obstacles are: valuing their property, obtaining financing, and providing prompt answers to any questions or concerns.
Use our established financial connections to pre-qualify all prospective purchasers.
Report to you after every showing and every Open House. Keep you up to date on any market changes that would affect the status of your home.
Offer assistance in the relocation process to your new home.
Explain all facets of the purchase agreement to you and verify the purchaser's ability to perform.
Follow through all aspects of the sale until Possession Date.
